How we work together
A clear, structured process from first contact to ongoing sessions. No surprise format.
You should know what each step covers before you commit. Below is the actual process I follow with new clients.
The process
Discovery call
A free 15-minute call to understand what you are looking for, answer practical questions, and decide together whether this kind of work fits.
Intake & first session
A short intake form ahead of time, then a longer first session where we map the patterns you want to address and agree on goals, format and frequency.
Working sessions
Regular sessions — usually weekly or biweekly — with a clear focus each time and practical exercises between meetings.
Review & next steps
Periodic reviews to check what has changed, what hasn't, and whether to adjust frequency, scope, or end the engagement.
About the sessions
Sessions are calm and structured. We work on a small number of relational skills at a time so changes are observable, not overwhelming.
You can pause or stop at any time. The framework is designed to leave room for "I do not want to answer that yet" without derailing the work.
You can always pass
You are not obliged to answer any specific question. If something feels too sensitive in the moment, you say so and we move on.
Later, if you want, we can come back to it together at a pace that works for you.
My role is to bring structure and observations, not to push you across lines you have not agreed to cross.
Sessions take place online; in-person work in Bucharest is sometimes possible depending on availability.
