Individual Relational Coaching
For individuals working on communication, attachment patterns, recurring conflict, and healthy boundaries.

Communication difficulties often become repetitive emotional cycles — the same misunderstandings, the same overreactions, the same shutdowns. Individual coaching gives you space to look at how you contribute to those cycles without blame, and to try a different response.
Sessions are structured. We pick one or two patterns at a time, look at where they came from, and design small experiments you can run between meetings — in conversations with a partner, family member, friend, or colleague.
You don't need a crisis to do this work. Most clients arrive because something has been off for a while and they want a clear, practical way to look at it.
Who this is for
It tends to fit people who:

I work with people across orientations and relationship structures (including LGBTQ+ and ethically non-monogamous). The framework is the same: practical, respectful, structured.
